Your safety is our priority. If the Renter is attempting to or has already broken a Sharebee Community Standard, or you feel unsafe through their actions at any time, we ask that you immediately let our Support Team know. Here are some steps you can take along the way:
Before you accept a Renter
As you're arranging the storage plans, get to know your Renter a bit better. Letting them know what you're storing is a great way to make sure storage preferences are aligned. Just asking what they're storing is often all you need to find out if there's a mismatch of preferences or another cause of rejection of storage.
After you confirm a Move-in
If you've already scheduled the move-in but you're feeling uncomfortable, please alert the Sharebee Support Team immediately at 855-532-2337 or [email protected]. We will handle the situation for you in order to keep your safety and peace of mind at the highest priority.
Reporting inappropriate messages
If you receive an inappropriate message from a Renter, please take a screenshot of the message and send it to [email protected]. If you're uncomfortable sending a screenshot, please just let us know about the situation and messages.
Remember: In an emergency situation, or if your personal safety is threatened, contact local police or emergency services immediately.
